I have 6 years customer service experience and skills which makes me a highly competitive candidate for a customer service position.

In my previous jobs, I was handling customer inquiries via email and calls. I've used different systems for inquiry and escalations such as Zendesk, Desk, Freshdesk, Skype and Slack. In addition, I was a technical support agent. My task was to upsell services, process orders and troubleshoot routers. 

I am confident enough that I'll be an asset to a team/company given that customer service experience is my job expertise and issue resolution is my top priority.
