I have over ten years of experience in customer service and for over a decade, I have handled, travel, financial, marketing and real estate accounts. The number of years I have spent in the field of customer service has given me extensive knowledge and skilsl in chat, email and phone support. I am very fluent in the English language both written and verbal which makes me a very good choice if the job will require excellent communication skills. 

I have learned over the years to multi task, adjust to shifting schedules and meet deadline. These things are not taken as a challenge anymore. They come naturally to me after being exposed to an environment that requires multi tasking and adaptability.

I have deal with accounts in real estate, airline, credit bureau, data mining, upselling, marketing and sales. 

I am a very eager to learn new skills and can work with minimal to no supervision for as long as correct instructions and proper training is given.
