Ma. Bernadette V. Angeles

Good day, my name is Bernadette Angeles and I am a freelance worker. I am also a part time online teacher to foreigner students who would like to learn the English language. My interests right now is to be able to explore new jobs so I would be able to learn more in terms of being an independent worker. I have worked in the BPO industry for about 9 years and I was able to assist different teams. I'm skilled in data entry, copy-paste jobs, transcription. My hobbies are reading books, watching series of movies. I prefer horror, pschological and thriller movies. Those kinds of movies really works your brain. I like to be able to share my experiences in terms of work to other people because I believe that it is one way for you to be able to help other people grow and become a good employee. I have an experience with Sales and Marketing. I was able to close dealerships in other countries. At that time, the company I was working for was handling pick up accessories. So part of my job description is to look for potential dealers worldwide. I was able to talk to dealers in South Africa and Poland. Those were successful transactions as we had been receiving repeat orders for the specific product that we were opening for dealership. I also have a nine year experience in a BPO Industry. I have worked for a credit card company and became a Tier 2 agent which means to handle inquiries coming from Tier 1 agents and to handle supervisor calls. I also worked under a debit card company that caters to payroll accounts and are being used mostly by a lot of companies in the US. I also became a member of an online market in the US for about one year, and I was able to learn how to create and assist sellers in terms of selling their specified items. Because of this experience, I have learned a lot and brought that with me so I am confident that I am able to learn that job that will be given to me. I have gone through a lot of trainings for customer service and sales and marketing and I am confident that this will help me with future jobs that I will encounter.
