Ma. Cecilia Estrada

I have more than twenty years of experience in administrative work and customer service. I am currently a home-based online teacher for Japanese students, professionals, and retirees. Previously I was a Board Secretary at the University of the Philippines Diliman. In this position I wrote minutes, reports, and other forms of publications and communication; coordinated events; conducted research and answered inquiries from various clients; and was officer-in-charge of a section for several years. Prior to this, I was a Customer Service Representative, a Communications Assistant, and a Researcher for other institutions.
