I graduated BS in Entrepreneurship from Bohol Island State University which taught me how it feels to be a business owner by being responsible and financially literate. I have 2 years and 8 months of Customer Service and Technical Support Experience. I worked with Hotel Reservations, Airline Reservations, and Home Security Camera Support. During my BPO journey, I learned to multitask, think out of the box, extend my patience, and listen to the customers without being affected emotionally by their frustration. After I left the Call Center Industry, I got interested in Freelancing, so I trained with Filipino Virtual Assistance. I took Social Media Management, and I applied it to a family-owned business called Larapan Lechon Belly. Ninety percent of the sales are from social media so I consider digital marketing an effective tool for increasing leads and sales.
