The experience I had during my stay with my previous company provided an opportunity for me to gain practical experience with account maintenance and managing a team to ensure quality performance above expectation. In addition,I'm also assigned as POC - Line HR for our Process , learning firsthand how to effectively deal with HR to ensure that Operations need and HR requirement meets halfway.
