I started working in the BPO industry in 2013. I handled different types of accounts like the internet technical support team, technical support for cable and phones, and customer service experience.

What I like most about this type of job is I enhanced my English vocabulary and my skill on how to deal with different kinds of people. And I have worked for a total of 7 years, and I enjoyed it a lot.

I also have outbound experience for more than one year which we handled the real estate. I have been engaging with homeowners and asking if they are selling their properties, asking for additional information about the house. The most crucial part would be setting up the most convenient time for the homeowner and our sales team to talk and close the deal. These are some of the experiences I can offer when it comes to doing Real Estate appointment settings.

I can also do multi-tasking, so no need to worry because I can also do admin works related to a business line. Let me do the action and be delighted with my excellent results. And I am a fast learner.

I can assure you that I will do anything and be flexible on any task you will give me. I will learn every part of the system and account that you need me to handle. I am interested in this field because I became comfortable taking customers over the phone and try to compose myself in a matter of which or what call I would get or have.
