My name is Nica Dordines. I was a Quality Analyst from one of the contact center here in Manila. Before I became a Quality analyst, I was also an inbound and outbound sales representative for 2 yrs. My tasks as a Quality Analyst are call monitoring, coaching and call calibration. I also send weekly and Monthly QA report to Onshore and offshore sites. I also did a Green Belt project which focused on Overall customer satisfaction. I was awarded as a Pinnacle Achiever Awardee for Center of Excellence in Training and Quality in Q1 of 2019 (QA Analyst), Overall Top Performer for Q2 of 2018 (As an agent), Part of the Top 10 ACE Awardee for Inbound and Outbound Sales for Q2 last 2016.
