Hello Im ma. Nestea Anne B . Peñaranda i'm 29 and a graduate of Business Administration Major in Human resource and development. 

I have almost 7 year of working experience in a Bpo company where I worked as a Technical support, sales and customer service.

4 years under Sales and Billing account and 3 years Technical Support.

A call center can be a high-stress, intense environment in which it's important to always be a smooth operator. Because of the nature of my work, my breaks were fairly regimented where I've learned self-discipline.

I believe that i can apply my skills and best practices I've learned. I cannot promise anything for now, but i can promise to drive excellent on what you trusted me to do.
