I have been in the BPO industry for more that 6 years where I have handled American, British, and Australian accounts as an inbound, outbound and email support specialist.
Focusing on the issue at hand is my specialty. I thrive in a professional, fast-paced, structured and team-oriented environment. I worked as a customer service representative in BPO’s for more than 6 years. Most of the accounts I have handled were for telecommunication and was assigned to the billing department.
At first, I worked for Sprint that caters customers from the US. We handle billing disputes, payments, and some basic troubleshooting. After which, I worked for another telecommunication account which is British Telecom, here I handled billing complaints and queries for business broadband clients and was promoted to Tier II after a month and ended as a Subject Matter Expert for the account. And lastly, still for a broadband account but for Telstra of Australia and still we deal with billing concerns.
I also worked as a customer service representative or virtual assistant for a Shopify store that sells canvas. Here, I process orders, payments, trace and follow up shipping. Also, for this store, I handle customer queries and concerns through email and through their social media account which is Facebook.
Also, I have handled a team for a market research account and lastly, I have worked as a support for E-commerce.
I am familiar with Linkedin, Outlook, Gmail, Google sheets, Google drive, Hangouts, Calendars and its other functions. I am also familiar with Team Viewer, Bria, ViciDial, and Shopify.
Most of all, I am familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I can work with less supervision and aiming to land a job with a company that will help me grow as an individual and where I can contribute success for the business.
