• Provide administrative support to the Club
Operation onboard the assigned vessel.
• To assist in preparation of Club Manager’s Daily
and Weekly Reports
• Tabulates the daily / weekly manpower figures,
passenger count of each cruise and crew
movement information for Club Manager’s
reference.
• Compilation of all paperwork such as rating
reports, top 20 players’ report, player’s feedback
and player’s rating slips in to central file.
• Takes minutes of the Club Section Heads’ Meeting.
• Takes dictation, types / composes memos, letters,
and mails. Organizes meetings and appointments
for the Club Manager/ Assistant Club Manager
• Attends to incoming / outgoing phone calls, fax
messages and inter-office mails for the Club
Manager/Assistant Club Manager and distribute to
specified departments’ or persons.
• Maintain an effective filing system in accordance
with the Company’s requirement and standard.
• Updates the Club Administration Files, SMS
Manuals and records of Club personnel in to the
personal files.
• Encodes the daily bar consumption in the bar
receipt consumption. Prepares bar and stationary
consumption, uniform, store inventories and
outstanding PR of the department.
• Keeps track of reference number system for
internal / external correspondences, purchase
requisition, crew movements / requisitions and
electronic goods requisition transfer form. Creates
checks and follow through maintenance requests
for Club Department and facilitates the distribution
to respective sections.
• Collates and forward all crew request / declarations,
misconduct reports and appraisal forms to Club
Operations shore office.
• Assist and to escort the auditor for photocopier
meter reading.
• Accompanies the Club Manager/Assistant Club
Manager / designated person during general cabin
inspection rounds.
• Facilitates the choosing of Achiever of the Month.
