I have been working in the BPO Industry since 2011. I have handled accounts that are under telecommunications. Most of the accounts handled requires us to handle customer queries and service needs. The first company that open its doors for me is IBM DAKSH where I have handled Iphone Technical Support that mainly focuses on apple mobile devices. The second one is WNS GLOBAL SERVICES where I have handled a Customer Service Representative post in which we are required to help customers in understanding the content of their credit report in which we ask them monitor so they can see their up to date status in case they will be applying for loan or mortgages. The third is with IBEX GLOBAL SERVICES where we handled AT&T - Uverse wherein we are required to support billing, technical issues and make sure to have them agreed or sign up with another service in which they do not have yet on their account since we are offering quadplay that includes Television, Telephone, Internet and Mobile phone services. The last company I've been into was with Concentrix where I have handled Virgin Mobile, here we are required to make customer keep their mobile phone services with us since we are part of the Retentions/Loyalty Team.
