I've been in different call centers and being trained for different accounts;
Billing, technical, collections and sales as well. I was awarded several times in doing my job well. I was awarded Best in Sales in certain months and got my sales commissions. I was also promoted as Resolution Supervisor. I helped manage a team and taking supervisor's call. Again, my hard work has been paid off that time by getting incentives/bunos. Thank you.
