I would be really grateful if I become part this optimistic team, I have an excellent people skills and I am good at multi-tasking. I would like to apply in your company as a data encoder, customer service representative or any other position.I have finished the degree of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I have some work experiences which helped me develop my skills in communication and I am definitely able to work in a team environment. I have previously worked as a customer service associate in some prominent BPO companies in Cebu City for almost two years in total , during my work I received high performance evaluations and kudos for delivering quality service. I had also worked as a Front Desk Associate in a hotel here in Dipolog City these experiences educated me regarding significance of clear communication. I was concrete in doing the responsibilities and I’ve become equipped in providing an extensive understanding and care to every person’s needs and concern. I am very willing to learn new and I am not intimidated to encounter new experiences in this organization. Apart from my people skills and communication skills, I also endowed the qualities of a good worker I am responsible, honest and positive person.
