Mae Lorraine Arroyo

Hi! my name is Mae Lorraine arroyo. I am a Registered Nurse by profession with a brief working experience as an ESL Teacher and as an Advanced Repair Technical Support for a BPO company doing inbound and outbound calls. I also worked as an Enrolled Nurse at National Heart Centre Singapore for 4 years and through that experience I was able learn how to work in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic country which helped me in dealing with different kinds of personalities and situations. As a Nurse, I always had to be detail oriented and organized because the clients rely on me on their recovery. I believe through that experience, it would greatly help me in achieving the client's goals with their business. As a Social Media Marketer, I can help businesses to find leads, build brand awareness and to convert leads into customers. I'll assist you in determining which social media platforms are best for your company. Identify the target market, gain more followers, engage with them, enhance site traffic, track results, and assist in the improvement of strategies. I am well-versed with Microsoft office, proficient in using google tools and applications and I can do basic graphic design. I have experience with email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other mediums of communication for customer service. I can work under pressure and accomplish goals effectively. I am detail oriented, a fast learner, and have good written and verbal communication skills. I believe that with the experience 

that I have, with the training that Digital jobs PH have provided and the skills and knowledge that I will acquire in the future, I am confident that I would be of great help to the growth of the client's business.
