I have over four years of work experience with a Travel and Tours Agency namely D Travel Planner Travel & Tours as a Frontline, Reservation Officer and Customer Service Representative – all at the same time.

My tasks includes interacting with customers through phone call, social media and email.

From time to time I do monitor the company’s social media pages particularly for comments, messages & visitor posts. Overall, everything that it takes to be a well-rounded employee.

Rust recently, for about three months, I had an opportunity to work for as seasonal account of Dynata Global as a Market Researcher /Interviewer – wherein I handle outbound calls and conduct surveys for the recent United States General Election.

I'm a well-rounded individual, patient, competent , and reliable. And I always believe that there's no such thing as being incapable and not being able to learn – if given the proper guide and tools required for whatever tasks assigned and is about to perform.
