I have sixteen years working experience. Two years was spent as Technical Clerk in a Telecommunication Company and fourteen years in Information Technology. Two and a half years had been spent as Senior QA Analyst in a Telecommunication company. I was part of the Quality Assurance Department whose primary objective is to ensure quality of the parameters being posted in Integrated Customer Management System (ICMS). I worked over three years as Computer Programmer using Magic Application V.8.2 and over two years as Computer Operator in an AS/400 platform.

Since year Jan 2008 to June 2014, I worked as IT Specialist specifically Test Analyst/Test Lead in IBM Solutions Delivery. I am assigned as Test Lead/Test Analyst of a Telecommunication Industry L2/L3 Support, Maintenance and Small Enhancement Project.

Overall responsible in the following ICMS (Integrated Customer Management System) test activities:

• Test planning
• Test preparation (creation of test cases, scripts and test data)
• Test execution and reporting

Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Overall responsible in handling ICMS test activities.
b. Responsible in preparing Test Plan for the project to be tested.
c. Review test cases and scripts created by other assigned Tester and Developers.
d. Prepare test case review report.
e. Prepare test cases based on Business Requirement Documents / Functional Specifications.
f. Prepare test scripts for the identified test cases.
g. Ensure that all test cases and scripts had been properly executed and resulted to expected result. If expected result is not met, ensure that a Test Defect report is being prepared.
h. Perform testing and prepare Test Result Report.
i. Investigate the defect/s found and coordinate all test findings with the responsible Business Analyst or Developer.
j. Review test execution and report done by other assigned Tester.
k. Monitor the status of all the defects found during testing. Ensure that it is closed prior to delivery to client.
l. Ensure that documents such as test case result, test case review, test defect and screenshots for before & after fix are properly documented and uploaded to LNDB/team’s repository.
m. Train and assist newly assigned Tester.
n. Document ICMS testing procedure and continuously update it when needed.
o. Assess Test Analyst applicants when there's a need to hire new Test Analyst for ICMS Project.
p. Evaluate Test Analyst performance for regularization and project assessment.
