Mahidhar Reddy Kothapalli

My name is Mahidhar. I am an engineer turned product manager. I am from India and currently based in the Netherlands working at ebay Classified Group. I have a total of 5 years of experience in product management, 3 years in product development and 2 years of experience in corporate strategy. My expertise lies in building zero to one products, product led growth and managing product managers. I have practical knowledge of applying Product led growth loops, agile development process, A/B experimentation, data driven decision making and prioritization. I worked in logistics and e-commerce domains. My largest tenure ( 4.5 years) as a product manager is with Porter, an online logistics company last valued ~500 million USD. I was responsible for User growth on the platform both supply and demand. During my tenure with Porter, I launched multiple new products from conceptualization which helped the monthly active users grow 10X from 200,000 to 2 million  in 4 years focusing on Acquisition and Activation. I also led the launch of two monetization product offerings namely Motor insurance and Personal Lending at Porter. It gave me great learnings on implementing Agile methodologies, experimentation and using data to make decisions. During this tenure, I also directly managed 4 Associate product managers
