I have been working as an English Teacher in high schools from 2016 to 2018, it was a great experience to get along with students with different types of personalities and getting to know them and along with this part of the job, finding effective methods for class management which comes after this 2 years of experience and after a while, I find myself interesting in service strategy design which made me study for it and doing some researches which lead me to sign up for Strategy management in a restaurant, back over there I had to analyze customers feedback and gather together related data and find the gaps in the sales process and also devise proper strategies to increase the level of customer satisfaction and accelerate the sales process with more efficient methods like running online order process which is more popular these days. Also as I was obsessed with analyzing data including customer feedback, I found the data entry project so fun for me since I liked data and all the things related to it and now I have done so many local projects, like converting Images including data to Excel or PDF file, or transcribing specific data of video capture and delivering it as PPT slides to the customer and also typing student pamphlet and deliver the pamphlet in MS Word format.

I always look forward to having new opportunities and challenge myself with new interesting projects
