Role and Responsibilities

1.      Working with Line of Business in minimizing fraudulent activities on Card 

2.      Root cause analysis on fraudulent transaction 

3.      Keep an eye on sudden spike in fraudulent activities 

4.      Root cause analysis on Key Risk Indicator 

5.      RCA on historical and current data for any kind of gap in policy or procedure 

6.      Perform analysis on the dollar ($) loss and creating control plan for dollar recovery 

7.      Keep an eye on new & emerging fraudulent activities 

8.      Owning fraudulent transaction to decision for pay/deny/call back 

9.      Conduction session on risk from time to time 

10.  Follow advance approach as to mitigate certain kind of loss to company 

11.  Keep an eye on Anti Money Laundering 

12.  Well verse knowledge of Operational Risk, Lean and Six Sigma 

13.  Strong knowledge of issuer chargeback 

14.  Expert in providing coaching to team 

15.  An eye on KRI/KCI/KPI for smooth functioning of business  

16.  Research on any kind of Money Laundering activities by following the approach of Anti Money Laundering 

17.  Follow the approach on Know Your Customer  

18.  Audit process document for any risk related indicator  

19.  Perform analysis on the dollar ($) loss and creating control plan for dollar recovery  

20.  RCA on historical and current data for any kind of gap in policy or procedure  

21.  Develop operational risk policies and standards for risk management  

22.  Perform operational risk identification and assessment in business units  

23.  Implement strategic plan to prevent, eliminate and mitigate operational risks  

24.  Assist Operational Risk Analysts in development of key risk and control indicators 

25.  Report operational risk issues and decisions to senior management on regular basis.  

26.  Assist in identifying and evaluating risk areas across the operational activities  

27.  Investigate root causes of operational risks and provide support to mitigate risk  

28.  Maintain documentation for risk management and risk policies and procedures
