My first job experience was a Customer Support Representative for 6 months. With that job experience, I learned how to deal with customer and how to talk to them in a respectful manner and also, I learned how to show empathy to each customers. After that, I worked as an ESL teacher for almost two years. I enjoyed what I'm doing as well as I love sharing my knowledge to other people. I met a lot of people online with this job. Teaching English language is fun, it's like your talking to a friend. Plus, it's not only the student who benefits from this but also the teacher. I myself learned a lot from this job. After those two jobs, I tried the freelancing world. My first job as a freelancer was a lead generation specialist and we use Facebook as our platform to get clients and encode notes in google sheets. With this job, I learned how to maximize my time, do everything as good as possible, get potential leads as many as possible. And my last job experience was a Customer Support for a Fitness Company where we use Intercom as our way of communication with the clients.
