As a Product Owner and a previous Digital Products Lead at AB-Inbev, I have been responsible for
integrated marketing strategies, media plans, the creative and technical elements of marketing
initiatives including customer acquisition and retention strategies, digital solutions based on
customer demand, commerce and e-commerce collateral development, research on new channels
and customer segmentation/profiling,
To add to the above, I offer a history of positive results, as evidenced by the following marketing
accomplishments for my current and previous employers:
Reached a record breaking 100 million votes for Idols SA Season 15 across desktop, mobile, SMS and USSD platforms; a 35% increase from the year before. This was when
our agency was working for Multichoice;
Launched the first soccer predictor mechanism for Budweiser Nigeria. We received over 90 000 active users and data acquisition during the Premier and La Liga League.
My department (Digital Products) won the best shared resource department for AB-Inbev Africa in 2020.
Launched Viya (a woman’s sexual wellness and health platform) in December 2021 for PSI and have received over 1,4 million impressions, 15k followers across our platforms, successful influencer marketing strategy and have 2-3 partnerships that want to work
with us in achieving social impact amongst women in South Africa. I am also building a revenue generation model through our merchandise as a possible sustainable stream.
