I am a Senior IT Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. I have successfully managed medium to large Infrastructure and Software Development projects for companies in the Fortune 500, applying my expert knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. I hold a Master’s Degree in Project Management and certifications as Professional Project Manager (PMP) by the PMI, ITIL v3 Foundation and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I).

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Working with a team of developers, Quality Analysts, Business Analysts, engineers and application architects, I lead projects to maintain and improve the online platform of one of the top 5 commercial banks in the US, with an impeccable record of service availability in over a year and a half.
I successfully led a project with a TCV of over $20MM, to setup a new security platform for one of HPE’s most important customers with complete budget control. The project was implemented in record time which saved HPE hundreds of thousands in penalties and helped the customer avoid non-compliancy fines as well. I managed the project end-to-end, which included working with sales on building the proposal and the Statement of Work (SOW).
I managed the migration from one Datacenter to another of the ITO and Security infrastructure of an important bank in Canada. This project spanned for over a year and was executed with minimal downtime.
I managed projects for the creation of new services and products. Some of the services that I helped developing are now key offerings in the Security Services Portfolio.
I lead a global team of 40 people to deliver 24/7 IT services to one of HP’s most important commercial customers.
