I have worked in the BPO industry as a customer service specialist for 30 months. I've handle healthcare insurance, credit bureau and transportation account. I am experienced in responding to inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and tickets. Through these experiences I've been able to strengthen my skills in providing high level f customer service and verifies suggested solution in a timely manner.
Along with my background as a customer service representative, I've come to realize that working with people, helping them understand complicated or frustrating concepts, and serving as a client advocate are some of the things I love to do most.
I also have a basic knowledge in Social Media Management. Since social media became more popular and sharing was the next big thing for businesses. I started to get a knee deep in the different avenues of sharing online and found platforms that can help business grow.
I can definitely monitor, moderate and respond to audience comments. I can manage social media partnership with other brands and create and/or post shareable videos and images.
