I have been a customer service representative for more than two years mainly as a back office agent. The job focuses on encoding data to a website and processing concerns from the customers regarding their accounts and postings to a certain international website. One of my greatest achievement while a call center agent is to win an apprentice competition, we compete to see who among us have the knowledge, talent and guts to be the next supervisor on our account. Although I won I refuse to be a supervisor for other reasons. I love playing computer games and I do not get bored working on the top of a computer since I enjoy it a lot.
