I'm Marcel John L. Bustamante, I'm a bachelor's degree holder in accounting technology.

I have 3year and 6months customer service and techinal support experience specifically US and UK clients/customer. I usually handle concerns via phone call and/or email. I can also manage and handle pressure. I have average to excellent communication skill to perfectly understand client/customer, to be able to handle and answer client/customer concerns. I have basic knowledge with mircosoft word, microsoft word excel and and some emails domains such as gmail, outlook and mail.com. I posses average to excellent communication skill.

I also have 1year and 3months experience as email associate. I handle email query specifically US/UK clients/customer. I usually reply and answer email queries. Send reminder email to UK/US. Solving clients/customer issues via email by sending steps and other resolutions to client/customer.

I also have experience as appointment setter. I usually set appointment to client/customer in a specific meetings and other concern by settings expectations as of what days and time via email.

I also have sales experience focus on technology as such computers etc. and its specifically an inbound sales wherein customer/client will give a call and emai to ask some of the products that has been adverstised.
