Marcus Riganelli

I started Riganelli Design to solve problems — it’s as simple as that. Throughout my career, I’ve worked at machine shops, automotive parts manufacturers and aerospace engineering firms. I've designed and prototyped consumer and industrial products, from electronics accessories to recreational products to innovative new industrial products. I've designed and built mechanical and mechatronic systems including CNC machines, automation equipment, gauges, fixtures, and more. I've designed castings, forgings, weldments, sheet metal parts, machined parts, plastic injection moulded parts, 3D printed parts, complex assemblies... the list goes on! As I worked through projects, I found that working directly with inventors, project leads and business owners fuelled my passion for helping others see their vision transformed into reality.

At the same time, I’ve seen first-hand how large firms can be too expensive, or too impersonal to develop products and solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. At the other end of the spectrum, lower cost or overseas engineering and development firms often lack the expertise or technology to deliver world-class results.
