Working as a Quality Assurance staff for years has molded me to become a flexible and patient person. I know my way around Microsoft Office applications like MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint as these are what we use when making reports to customers. My skills has been enhanced since I enrolled in a VA bootcamp. Some skills added are Schedule Management using Google Calendar, knowledge in using Google Docs, E-mail Management, Social media management and Internet research.
