My work history includes a 5-year stint in the BPO industry where I learned to quickly adapt to new CRM systems, tools and work processes on a regular basis.

I also held various sales, marketing and customer service roles that have allowed me to be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox and Slack.
