I've been in a call center industry for over 3 years and i believe that those experiences helped me enhance my communication skills. I can do multi-tasking like documenting the issues while talking to the customer. I know that I don't have more experience yet but I believe in myself that Everything that you're going to train me, i can easily catch up those things. with these experiences that i have taught me to have patience and be courteous . I believe in the saying that customers are always right, without them we don’t have a job so we need to respect them and understand their concern to provide the customers satisfaction.
