I am currently working as an Online English Teacher. I have been teaching for the last six (6) months. Before I became an Online English Teacher, I was working for the BPO industry. I started back in April, 2014 as Customer Representative on a project-based account. I was then endorsed to a technical account and customer service account. I stayed in this account for almost three (3) years. My scope of function are as follows but not limited to:

• To handle as much calls as I can
• Take 3-5 chats at a time
• Take remote sessions.
• Download, install and set up our product as specified by the customers' needs
• Ensure that the product is working before leaving the customers' computer.
• Ensure that the computer is working at its best.
• Documenting all that have transpired in each call and/or chat.
