Hi! I've been in a BPO company for 6 years. I worked as a customer service representative for 2 companies. First is at Sitel Baguio, First Data Corp. and Capital One. Second was at Teleperformance Baguio. I've been awarded several times for being a top performer in the said field. I always give not only good but excellent customer services. Then after working in a BPO company, I quit and preferred to work in a homebased job. I worked as a lead generator- an outbound account- for 6 months. I am still willing to learn more and also share my knowledge and skills as a customer service representative.
