My background includes serving as a sales and customer service supervisor within business process outsourcing and US real estate environment. Most recently, I worked as an Inside Sales Associate for a real estate company located in Wichita, Kansas USA, where my responsibilities included doing inbound or outbound calling prospecting for leads interested both in buying or selling a home, generating leads using online marketing and advertisement, handling client reviews and feedback, doing internet and social media marketing, and assisting our buyer and seller agents setting up office appointments.
Previously, I worked within three high-volume customer support and sales call centers for a major telecommunications carrier, pharmacy benefit management organization, in-vehicle service provider and a multinational computer technology company all located in the United States. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues or complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions, misinformation or misunderstanding with a representative, prior authorization of medicines, and assist computer malfunctions). I and my team consistently met our call-volume and sales goals, also exceeded customer and client expectations.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable banking skills during my full employment as a bank teller in one of the biggest and most prestige bank in the Philippines.
I also bring to the table advanced English language proficiency, computer expertise in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and CRM database applications, attended and successfully finished significant training / seminars and completion of a bachelor’s degree at a university (marketing major) in the Philippines.
