As in charge in the legal due diligence, all legal documents pertaining to the offered lands are thoroughly scrutinized like trace back of the titles, tax declarations as well as zoning classification of the lots, it’s actual use, court clearances, if it is alien able or not and all possible annotations are checked to minimize if not eliminate issues on the properties sought to be purchased. Also, have experience in legal documents review for two years whereby the job entails to determine legal documents that can be used as evidence in court. The client was a foreign company based in the United States. Have also a short stint as proofreader for almost a year after college. As proofreader, we check on the correctness of the words used, spelling and the like.
