I have worked in the Customer Service field for almost 13 years. I consider myself a PRO when it comes to dealing with customers and clients be it via phone, email, chat or thru social media which means I can handle both voiced and non-voice tasks. I have worked with several accounts handling different kinds of services like broadband, telco, sales, healthcare and collections account while speaking with different nationalities too.

I am somebody who is not afraid of asking questions because I always want to make sure that tasks assigned to me are done efficiently and in a timely manner. My passion, dedication and eagerness to learn are some of the best traits that I can offer if I will be given the chance for any relative position that is offered to me.

I also became a Subject Matter Expert helping my colleagues and teammates solve their customers concerns as well. Led the team at times that my Team Leader is away to make sure that everyone in the team is doing their tasks properly at all times.
