I worked with ALGS as an appointment setter for a janitorial campaign. I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained at this position make me an ideal candidate for this job. As an appointment setter, I have developed strong communication skills. For example, one of my main duties is to look for owners and convince them to schedule and appointment wiht our Sales representative and put it on the companies calendar which  deals with accuracy and being keen to details, since we are calling for different janitorial companies at a designated time.

This duty requires great communication skills as we are speaking to company owners that we call decision makers and an ability to rebut accurately. I have set a couple of appointment for the company and received praise from my clients.I am also able to make outbound calls for healthcare account with Versatel Marketing and Medicare supplemental plans.

We are calling customer to qualify them for the healthcare insurance,once qualified we are transferring them to a licensed insurance agent. I always meet and even exceed the required qouta per day. As a virtual assistant, I have developed strong data entry and math skills.I worked with True Metal Works as a virtual assistant creating Paypal invoices.

For example, one of my main duties is to prepare invoices and verify the customers Shipping Addresses. This duty requires meticulous data entry task, and an ability to input the correct data accurately. 
I have prepared dozens of pieces of invoices and received praise from my clients. I have also gained extensive experience in email marketing and lead generation. My experience in the Photobooth Supply Company has afforded me the opportunity to become familiar with Outbound email marketing and search for potential customers. In particular, through my work with a client for Magento, I have become heavily involved with uploading and researching product into benta.ch website. I am always eager to learn more as a freelancer and is looking forward to being a great virtual assistant, reading up on these topics on my own time to become more knowledgeable.
