I am a Customer Support expert with over 4 years of experience giving excellent customer service to Big US telco companies like ATT, T-Mobile, and Comcast. Throughout my career, I have been given multiple awards for achieving a high customer satisfaction rating as I always give the best customer experience. I have also worked as Administrative head for 2 years where I provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
