I am currently working as a freelance ESL teacher but with vast experience in program management and providing virtual assistance.

I have strong experience in providing assistance to managers. I can work under pressure while meeting deadline and producing quality output. As a Program Associate for a government agency in the Philippines, I provided support to program managers in implementing national programs. I can write articles and transcribe recordings or live events. I prepare correspondences, invitations, memorandum, and reports. I have coordination skills and can act on my own following a set of guidelines.

I have also experience working as a Virtual Medical Assistant for a clinic in New York and HR Specialist for a home based US company. As a Virtual Medical Assistant, I manage charts of patients, schedule clinic visits, orient new patients with services, finalize diagnostic reports, do follow-up and confirmation calls, and other tasks requested by the medical doctor. As an HR Specialist, I support the HR Manger in conducting preliminary interview, preparation of recruitment report, drafting office announcement and memos, timekeeping of staff, performance management, and other admin tasks.

I have also experience working in a BPO company as a Technical Support Representative. I experienced providing customer service via live chats and phone calls.
