My name is Mariana, a 28 years-old portuguese living in the countryside, looking to find an online customer support job.
Having worked in a CRM department in Buenos Aires for a year, I have experience in customer service and many different software. This experience gave me a good work rhythm: when I started, my team was flooding with literally thousands of unsolved/unanswered tickets and we were able to answer and solve all of them in a few weeks - right in my first month on the job.
Besides my native language, Portuguese, I’m also fluent in English (CEFR level B2) and Spanish (B1, no certification).
I believe I can be a great fit for your team, as I can handle the pressure and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining impeccable customer service! If necessary, I’m able to use all three languages on the job as I have done previously. I would also like to add that I would also be great in helping with administrative and translation tasks, as I have also done in my previous jobs!
