turnover; maintained over 90% of total clients setup via auto-debit for a hassle free payment

identifying non-moving inventories or stocks (low sales) & providing cost comparison
between possible amazon storage fees against disposal fees to incur; this is also to avoid
incurring long term storage fees as well- using Google spreadsheet; Constantly saved the
company between $10+ per year.
Ø From the above model, helped Sales and Marketing for possible improvements on
Product Contents in order to increase traffic or engagement on different social platforms
and on the Sellers Central or own company website. Helped increase sales by 5% Y/Y.
Ø Created model to monitor and recommend stock replacements or re-orders specifics on
SKUs with high sales by monitoring the inventory levels and creating forecasts on when
to order based on historical data & current trends using both internal and external
factors (weather, import rules, etc.) using Google spreadsheet. Saved shipping costs
between 2-5% by avoiding the usage of air shipment.
Ø Created model to identify products’ lives whether to continue or end based on analyses
using Google spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel and or Zoho Analytics; not just by sales
contribution but also by margin contribution.

Ø Created model to assist a transcription company on scrubbing clients data and distribute

transcribers (who are mostly Filipinos) and translators (from different places); this is
based on the no. of audio minutes, type of audio to transcribe (FV FG to Individual

Ø Reduced costs spent on IT developers around $5K a month by absorbing the processes of
adding job loads and distribution of these loads to the in-house transcribers based on
monitoring who gets and finished the job each day, via Google Sheet
Ø Reduced office and other related costs by assisting converting doing business on-site to
doing business virtually, saved the company of $5-6K a month on maintaining the onsite
office.

Ø Ensured governance compliance, transactions were recorded in accordance with GAAP
through monthly review of financial statements with the Accounting Manager.

reviewing the budget vs actual and brainstorm strategies, and addressing issues related
to Collection, Accounting, Payroll and others with the Management Team.
Ø Deployed analysts to assist each business portfolio understand how operational results
tied to financial results; Addressed concerns from different business portfolio during
Management Team Meeting; Assisted with registering businesses to expand from US to
AU and UK specifically on book distribution.
Ø Ensured we got the best deal from the market by constant discussion and review with
the Purchasing Officer, requiring at least 3 comparisons from different providers of the
same service/product, reviewing the price and terms.

Ø Recommended to register the company as PEZA equivalent or BOI in order to enjoy tax
incentives, meaning no tax payment for 6 years, and enjoy a special company tax rate of
5% on gross revenue after the 6th year. This had saved the company of paying $15-18K in
taxes for 6-8 years, since 2yrs extension was granted.
Ø Developed or created a collection team and collection process with IT, Sales and
Operation in order to control the cash in-flows since the increase in sales did not match
up with the increase in cash ins. This saved the company from a monthly $5-10K loss in
sales and eventually improved cash position by more than 20% Y/Y and be able to pay
long term debts in 3 years from the start of the team.
Ø Recommended to control spending by setting up budget models with the different
management portfolio, and monitor & report the current spending against the final
approved budget to the team. Also, CAPEX or major spending orders were sent through
us for review and approval recommendation to the Officers.
Ø Identified processes or spending to optimize as a result of financial analyses. Helped
identified labor vs jobs to control headcount increase. This was the result from the close
collaboration with different business portfolios. Helped saved 3-5% wastage from various
spending.
