I am an experienced customer support/technical support from different BPO companies for 5 years providing customer service and technical assistant for internet, android devices, and apps issues and troubleshooting.

For 4 years I am a Freelancer/ Virtual Assistant, with clients from E-commerce, Real Estate Company and Leasing Company providing customer service, property management, handling house repairs issue and appointment setting, admin support and other project-based tasks such as adding product and products details in Shopify, data mining and web research.
