I used to work with BPO Industry or also known as Call Center for 11 years. Handling Sales, technical Support, Customer Service, Email and Chat Support and Back office campaigns. After that i've decided to work at home and for 3 years now, i am enjoying home based jobs. Preferably sales and customer service tasks. I've handled several Virtual Online Home based contracts as a VA, and a little background for Team Coaching/Supervising and also for Staffing and Recruiting for a client. I am a team player, willing to learn new things, willing to share my ideas and skills, patient, competent, hard working and can handle peer pressure. I have that willingness to convey information effectively and can communicate effectively in writing. I can easily adjust with the task given whether it is my expertise or not. My long term experience helped me to improve as i encountered more challenges for every account/campaign i handled. Mostly for sales I’ve learned a lot about the sales techniques provided from those trainings I had before. And also for customer service I’ve learned to value every customer and their loyalty and was trained on the ways how to keep them with the company i am working with. Staying with the BPO industry for several years helped me to improve and learn things those trainings helped me improve myself and grow with my career.
