Job Description as HR Assistant:
Preparing new employee files.
Processing of visa for staff and their families.
Updating and maintaining employee’s records.
Answering phone calls and emails for HR Department.
Job Description as Executive Secretary:
Greeting callers, supplying information or announcing arrival and directing the visitor to the appropriate staff; dealing with telephone calls; requesting information or appointments.
Performing other limited clerical duties as and when required.
Receiving, stamping, sorting and distributing incoming mail to relevant personnel.
Handling the conference room schedules, maintenance and keys.
Typing letters, memos and minutes of the meeting from written drafts.
Booking air ticket/hotel of the staff inside & outside of the country.
Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments and travel arrange
