Hi! My name is Marie Benedine Bugarin, 34 and a solo parent from the Philippines.
I have 5 years accounting and bookkeeping experience, from maintaining general journals and ledgers to financial statements preparation and tax filing and reporting. I am knowledgeable in basic computer functionalities such as microsoft office and accounting softwares such as peachtree, myob and quickbooks. I resigned from my last post when I delivered my first child and became a full time mom in 2015.
This year, I enrolled in an Online Academy for Virtual Assistants to learn and develop new skills. I have already finished and received certifications in general virtual assistance, facebook ads and marketing and video editing.
I am reliable and a result-oriented person. I am very particular with timeliness and accuracy. I am a fast learner and resourceful. I always take the initiative to look for answers before asking them and maximize my tools and resources to make my work easier, lighter and faster.
