I am a Nurse by profession, but I didn't have the chance to practice it. I first landed a job in a BPO Company, Teletech as Customer service representative. I handled New Zealand Yellow pages and then after a year or two I became part of Comcast billing department. My next BPO company was Manulife Business Processing Services. I am a Customer service associate in an Investment and Insurance account. Here we are dealing with clients' investment policies and working hand in hand with Canadian national and international advisors. After almost 7 years working in BPO. There's something inside me that wanted to grow as a person and wants more challenging role so I decided to jump in a different field. In 2016 I became part of Jollibee Foods Inc. as an Asst. Restaurant Manager. As a manager I have to support both front and back of our restaurant which is the production area and the service area. In each area there are different tasks and duties. For production area I have to monitor standard operation procedures, food quality and most important is food safety. While in service area my main priority is cleanliness and greeting our customers. Aside from those task I am also responsible in marketing strategies, non-cash and cash control, forecasting required raw materials, analyzing variances and do daily reports. Then the pandemic hit us. It doesn't stop me from being productive. I worked in 51talk as an Online English teacher and Virtual assistant in Webinarinc.

I could say that with my work experiences, I am flexible enough to do different tasks, I can work under pressure, I can work with minimal supervision and can definitely perform. I can provide customer service face to face or even remotely.
