Assists in the administration of the functions and duties of the Human Resource Department such as:
recruiting and staffing logistics;
performance management and improvement tracking systems;
employee orientation, development, and training logistics;
assisting with employee relations and communication;
employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting and employee services
assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Regularly updates the HRIS and employee records.
Conducts audit of 201 files and updates these accordingly or as necessary.
Attends meetings and for involving employee compensation and benefits / employee relations as necessary.
Prepares and composes reports and correspondence as required or instructed
Assists and supports other HR staff appointment papers individually to newly regularized employees and asks each one to receive and sign employment documents, entertains queries and clarifications as necessary and appropriate and elevates to immediate superior more difficult and complicated issues and questions.
Constantly coordinates with Payroll / Finance Department with regard to Compensation and Benefits related activities.
Enrolls new employees to company-contracted HMO and group life insurance as appropriate or according to their respective level or status.
Monitors and evaluates performance of HMO and other service-providers pertinent to employee benefits and welfare (e.g. insurance company).
Responds to compensation surveys conducted by external agencies and institutions in behalf of the company.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary and/or appropriate
