I was a Team Lead at a large call center before I moved on to Order-To-Cash and Collections. In OTC, I was responsible for handling multiple large accounts from the time we receive their order, allocate the stocks, delivery coordination with warehouse and logistics. Then, I facilitate invoicing and payment collection and returns or claims, if necessary.

I was also exposed to US Real Estate where I contacted FSBO sellers who may be interested in Owner Financing.
