In line with my customer service experience and my ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively I enrolled in a freelancing course and have established myself good knowledge in virtual assistance and general administrative tasks such data entry, transcription, Internet research, social media management & marketing, simple web design, content marketing and SEO. I can also utilize MS Application, Google Drive/Docs/Sheet, and Gmail.
