I have worked in customer care, as an executive assistant, as a language school manager and in inside sales.

I have been able to professionally use English, French and Italian in my customer care roles. I thrive on solving issues, making processes more simple, calming down angry customers.

I consider every job as an opportunity and plan to continue learning and improving myself in the following years, I particularly like the courses on LinkedIn Learning.

I am trustworthy, slightly obsessive when it comes to organization and often receive agendas and post-it notes as presents because everyone knows they will make me happy.

I am a third culture kid, italian dad, english mum, I was born in South Africa and went to 7 schools. I love meeting new people, am able to have a conversation with practically anything ranging from a wooden spoon to an elephant. I easily adapt to new situations.

My ideal holiday is in a remote castle in Scotland. I would go for long walks and read lots of books.
