I work in a call center before as a Customer Service Representative in Transcom Asia. our main task is to accept order from the customer until i was transferred as a cable data activation in Comcast and our task is to activate cable boxes and a troubleshooting task.
I received an award as a TOP agent on December 2010 and an Excellence Award for Consistently managing customer’s expectations – FCR. I am a hard working and a fast learner person, I don't make any promises that i can't keep and i have high value when it comes in responsibility.
